Terms of Service

The rules for using Aggregate: the API, SPARK, staking and the vault. Read the risk sections before you stake.

Last updated: October 2026

01The service

Aggregate is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway. Requests you send to https://aggregat.xyz/api/v1 are relayed to third-party model providers through OpenRouter, and their responses are returned to you. We do not build, train or host the models.

Outputs come from those providers, can be wrong, and are yours to check before you rely on them. Which models are available, and at what list rate, is decided by the providers and can change at any time.

These Terms cover the website at aggregat.xyz, the API and every related feature: SPARK, staking, the vault and the launchpad. By using any of them, connecting a wallet or creating an API key, you accept these Terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions. You sign in by signing a message with a Solana wallet. You are responsible for that wallet and everything done with it. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key, and we cannot recover a lost wallet.

03SPARK

1 SPARK = $1 of model usage at each model's list rate. SPARK is a promotional grant of product access to the Aggregate API, whether you buy it, receive it from another user or get it in a promotion. It is not an investment, a security, a deposit or e-money, it earns no interest or share of profits, and we never redeem it for cash or crypto.

You can activate SPARK into API balance, or list it for other users on the order book at a price you set. We do not promise that anyone will buy it, or at what price. In v1, SPARK is a ledger entry we keep for you (custodial); a later version may move it on-chain as an SPL token.

04Payments and refunds

On-chain payments are final once confirmed on Solana, so check the amount before you sign. A 5% market fee applies to SPARK purchases.

All sales of SPARK and API balance are final. We do not refund used or unused SPARK or balance, including when an account is closed, unless the law that applies to you requires it. The only exception is a failed card payment: if you pay by card (where offered) and are charged but no SPARK is credited, we refund the charge. A request that fails upstream (HTTP 502) is not charged.

05Staking, the vault and their risks

Staking means depositing AGGR into the vault and receiving aAGGR 1:1 for what arrives after the transfer tax. Stakers get a lower price on model usage, not payments: the vault's USDC rewards go to the protocol and pay for compute. Staking gives no claim on the treasury, revenue or profits.

  • Smart-contract risk. The token contract and the vault program are software. They can contain bugs, be exploited or behave unexpectedly, and staked tokens can be lost. Solana transactions cannot be reversed. The vault admin can pause it for up to 72 hours, and parameter changes wait behind a 24-hour timelock.
  • Token price risk. AGGR can lose most or all of its value, and its liquidity can disappear. The 3% transfer tax applies to deposits and withdrawals (about 5.9% round trip). A discount can be worth far less than a fall in the token's price.
  • StonkFun dependency. AGGR is launched on StonkFun, and its USDC holder rewards are paid by StonkFun's mechanics, not by us. If StonkFun changes its fees, rules or API, pauses or shuts down, the yield that funds discounts can shrink or stop and launchpad features can stop working. We do not control StonkFun.

06Discounts and the health guard

Discount tiers follow your staked share of AGGR supply: Bronze 10% at 0.01% of supply, Silver 20% at 0.05%, Gold 30% at 0.1%, Platinum 40% at 0.5%. Holding a model family's provider token can add +10% or +20% on that family's models, and the combined discount is capped at 60%. Tiers, bonuses and the cap are protocol settings and may change, including downward.

The health guard keeps discounts within the compute budget. If discounts paid over the trailing 7 days exceed the 7-day budget (80% of the yield), every discount scales down, never below 25% of its nominal value, and recovers on its own when the budget allows. The discount applied to a request is returned in the x-aggr-discount header and is final for that request.

07No financial advice

Nothing on the website, in the docs or on our channels is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Figures and examples are illustrative, not forecasts. Crypto assets are volatile: only use what you can afford to lose. You are responsible for your own decisions and taxes.

08Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • abuse the service: attack, overload or probe it, get around rate or spending limits, or game discounts, tiers, referrals or the order book, for example with wash trades or multiple accounts;
  • generate, store or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, malware, fraud, spam, harassment, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
  • resell, sublicense or share model access in violation of the terms of OpenRouter or the upstream provider, or use outputs in ways the provider forbids, such as training a competing model;
  • use the service from a sanctioned jurisdiction, on behalf of a sanctioned person, or to launder money.

The terms and usage policies of each model's provider apply to your requests in addition to these Terms.

09API keys

Keys start with sk-aggr- and are shown once; we store only a hash and cannot show a key again. Keep keys secret and never put them in client-side code, apps or public repositories. You are responsible for all usage on a key until you revoke it, so set per-key spending limits and revoke a leaked key in your account right away. We may disable a key that looks compromised or abused.

10Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and revoke your keys at any time. We may suspend or close your access, disable keys or cancel open orders if you breach these Terms, if the law or an upstream provider requires it, or to protect the service and its users. Unused SPARK and API balance are not refunded on termination. If we shut the service down as a whole, we will announce it on the website in advance.

11Third-party services

The service depends on others: OpenRouter and the model providers, StonkFun, Solana and its RPC providers, and the wallet you use. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions. Their own terms apply when you use them.

12Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any model will stay available, that outputs will be accurate, or that any discount level will be maintained.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, tokens or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for SPARK and API balance in the three months before the claim, or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the website. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
